I currently studied in Universitas Diponegoro located in Tembalang and I'm extremely grateful because there's a lot of awesome restaurants nearby! One of them is Rice and Shine. I really like it to go there, not only because it's close to my dorm, but also because the taste is way too good. One of my favorite menu is Chicken Spicy Cream. I like it so much because they add some mozarella cheese, omelette, and spicy sauce on the place. I also love the presentation because they serve the menu on a hotplate which makes the foods look amazing. Above all, I love the price. It's one of the cheapest. I only spend IDR 12k for this menu. You can order some milk or thai tea to refresh your mouth after eating the main course. You definitely must come here if you're around Tembalang! It's one of the best, indeed!
